Do you offer the OEM service?
Yes. We can provide OEM service and apply your logo. The first order requires a minimum of 10 pcs.
Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples. Please cover the sample cost and freight.
What payment ways do you accept?
We accept PayPal.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery is 6–8 working days after payment is confirmed. For orders over 100 pcs, add 3–5 working days.
What is your normal delivery way?
We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT, or your nominated forwarder.
How is your quality assurance service?
Free exchange within three months and a 12-month quality guarantee.
Could we make a visit to your factory?
Yes, you are welcome. We will arrange the visit after our pre-visit review.
How to cooperate with your company?

How to get a quote?
Send product specifications and quantity via the website inquiry form, email, or phone. We reply with a detailed quote within 24 hours.
Does your company accept small batch orders?
Yes. We support small batch trial orders with slightly higher pricing. Typical MOQ is 10–50 pieces, adjusted by product.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Before payment: free cancellation. After payment but before production: 10% cancellation fee. After production begins: no cancellation.
